Returns Policy
Lets eliminate the reason for return as much as possible, so lets make sure before you purchase, the key kit you are purchasing will serve your purpose.
We sell the key as a kit, meaning you will get a keycap, hinge clip, and then the rubber cup)
The keycaps are perfect for replacing Missing, damaged or Worn Keyboard keycaps, but will not fix water damaged keyboards nor severe accidental damage, if you are not sure please contact us.
The hinge clip are perfect for worn hinge clip or sticky keys, sometimes the keys repeat or the key is stuck, this is usually the function of the hinge clip as this is the part under the keycap that secures the keycap to the keyboard.
The rubber cup is also included, if you find your rubber cup damaged then the new one can be glued back on, so do note this is more of a chore as this involves more of a complicated process of removing the old cup, and then gluing back a new cup, more involved for sure, but it is still very much worth it as installing a new keyboard involves taking the full Palmrest and removing various components in the process, not a job for the average consumer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, we expect the return of the keys undamaged and in new condition, if any part of the keycap, hinge clip, or cup is damaged then a refund will be refused, the consumer is also responsible for the shipping back to us, and refund will only for the actual key kit as shipping will not be refunded.
You can request a return with 30 days upon receiving the product for any reason, but please fill out the following return request form.
Shipping
We offer shipping to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions to some international destinations.
We strive for same day shipping on all orders, but do note that we are closed on Saturday and Sundays, and our shipping cutoff time is 1PM PST.
Domestic Shipping:
We use USPS for domestic shipping, standard, priority and express, prices vary from time to time as the postal service is forever changing.
International Shipping:
We have various partner shipping companies working with us, and we offer standard and tracking service, and we also offer priority and express international shipping with USPS (United States Postal Service) Rates will be shown before checkout.
